Hey there!

We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but if it’s not quite right, no worries—we’ve got a few options to help you out!

Our 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from when your item arrives to let us know if you’d like to return it. Just make sure it’s in the same, unused condition you got it in, with all the original packaging and your receipt or proof of purchase handy.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
Simply send an email to sarah@pegboarders.com and share a little about why you’re returning or exchanging your item. Once we give the thumbs-up, we’ll send you all the details on how to send it back. (Please remember, we can’t accept returns unless you’ve reached out to us first.)

Pop-Up Options
If you’d rather handle things in person, we can offer a couple of options at our next pop-up event:

  • Exchange on the Spot: Swap your item for something else you love at our next pop-up.
  • Return in Person: Bring your item back to us at the event for a quick return.

And if neither of those works, we’re happy to explore other options like store credit or a different exchange that suits you best!

If Something’s Wrong With Your Order
Make sure to check your order as soon as it arrives. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know right away so we can fix it for you.

A Few Exceptions
Just a heads-up that custom orders, sale items, and gift cards aren’t eligible for returns. If you’re unsure about your specific item, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help!
