At Wild Isle Clothing we introduced our range of British knitwear to support British manufacturing, British farming and traditional craftsmanship while offering premium quality wool jumpers designed for everyday outdoor living.

We work closely with a small specialist knitwear manufacturer based near Sherwood Forest with years of experience producing traditional British wool knitwear. Much of our collection is made to order, allowing us to focus on quality craftsmanship rather than mass production. While lead times can sometimes be slightly longer, the result is heavyweight British knitwear made with care and designed for years of wear.

The wool used across our collection is sourced from farms throughout the British Isles through the British Wool Marketing Board, using fibres from mainly Suffolk and Jacob sheep breeds. The result is durable, natural wool clothing designed for warmth, comfort and outdoor layering during colder seasons.

Whether worn for countryside walks, coastal adventures or everyday layering, our British knitwear is designed to become a long-term wardrobe staple.
